Electro-pneumatic rotary indexing table / cam / for machine tools

G.P.A. rotating tables are available in two versions: TAR 270 and TAR 160.
TAR 270 can handle bigger loads, aided by the hydraulic control and double cylinder which can be supplied on request, whilst TAR 160 is ideal where the need for compactness prevails and loads are limited.
Their great resistance, careful design, simple operation, scarce need for maintenance and precision that is constant over time are the features that make these products extremely valid for rotating transfers in light mechanical work or in assembly automation.

Construction specifications

? central shaft in casehardened tempered and ground steel, lubricated through a ball oiler;
? actuating cylinder with end stroke pneumatic shock absorber;
? drive system consisting of a rack, gears, and positioning lever of the index;
? index in casehardened tempered and ground steel;
? top plate, to be ordered separately, directly locked to the index and resting on the cast iron cover of the base with lubrication by a grease nipple;
? pre-selection of the indexing number shifting a lock in a numbered position on the rack.
