A helpful accessory, this type 2040 digital position indicator shows the present position of a valve, whether as open or closed, and sends it through two switching contacts (NPN). It also shows many forms of errors, like sticking of a valve. Such errors are indicated basically by a red light and these are shown by way of a switching contact (NPN).

A schedule of maintenance intervals can be set on an equipment. When a set time is reached, the visual indicator will be triggered and show an error signal output (NPN switch), which will emit a recurring pulsating signal (1Hz). This adaption to a valve is semi-automatic that operates the actuator in calibration mode. Custom configuration in all settings is allowed in the "DeviceConfig" program.
