Bearing induction heater

The BALTECH HI-1612 is an induction heater specifically used for bearing. The device consist of two built-in magnetic inductors placed on a single housing. Because of this, it can be heated to two parts continuously. The induction heater can heat parts up to 12kg with a 210mm diameter. The induction heater consist of a control panel that shows the current heating temperature. The panel is controlled by a temperature sensor. In case the user forgot to switch the heater off, the set temperature will be kept if the heater performs heating of parts. Upon the completion of heating, the heaters consist of automatic demagnetization.

The device can heat 250 °C in a horizontal or vertical position.

The device is made for serial production and conveyors.
