The IBAK JUNO is a versatile axial camera for the inspection of 100 mm (4 in.) pipes upwards. Thanks to the UPC function (UPC = upright picture control), it always provides a right-side up picture.
The integrated high power LEDs ensure optimum illumination and an excellent view during inspections. The detector transmitter enables the camera position to be located rapidly and easily so that the identified defects can be localised; the transmitter can be switched on and off so as to prevent faulty localisation due to signals from external sources.
The interior pressure monitoring function ensures safe operation of the camera system.
The JUNO can be deployed in push rod operation with the IBAK coilers HSP 40 and 60 and the push rods of the IBAK LISY system (KT220 / cable reel LISY Synchron).
For tractor operation, the JUNO can be mounted on all IBAK camera tractors.
In addition, thanks to its big angle of aperture, the JUNO forms a powerful unit with the IBAK Laser Profiler ? in this constellation, deformation, corrosion and diameter measurements present no problem, even in large-diameter pipes.
