Entering the family of computerised Systems, the Automatic Stator Tester is the latest product based on E.D.C.'s 40-year experience in the field. The system is used for testing of stators of electric motors and more than 1000 stator test systems have been installed worldwide. Some of the innovative functions of this new model are its partial discharge test PDIV Test which conforms to the new international technical specification TS 60034-18-41 used for electrical rotating machines with frequency converters feed. For conducting new tests to allow identification of insulation problems between windings to GND, EDC is the first European company to study and propose these tests.
