This tool is for direct and gear drive mixers and is used in a wide range of mixing applications. The direct drive mixers are used for the dispersion of powders and for small batch mixing. The gear drive mixer offers two available lower speeds as well as higher torque, used for larger batches and a range of viscosities. The larger outputs shaft bearings for longer shafts and extended life. The positive chuck grips the mixer shaft which prevents unintentional shaft release. It offers a wide election of motors, comes with a standard mounting. A variety of enclosures is also offered in single or three phases along with multiple voltages. There is also a severe duty motor option. Air motors are perfectly safe for use in flammable or explosive environments as well as ambient temperatures up to 250°F (120°C).
