The Expeditious Fiber laser cutting machine that trails along SLTL culture of ’Create simple and produce perfect philosophy.The Vector is equipped with all necessary ergonomic features against its segment.
Vector comes with bed size of 1.5X3mt (5X10ft), 2X4mt (6.5X13ft), 2x6mt (6.5X19.6ft) along with power option of 1kW, 1.5kW, 2kW & 3kW Fiber Laser. Equipped with the most advanced torque drives, the positioning speed reaches to 125m/min (4920 ipm) with an accuracy of 50µ (0.002). With intelligent power management system, the power consumption at the Full and Idle load is far less compared to that of an equivalent CO2 laser cutting system. Completely in-house created nesting software has a complete bond with the machine offering 8% more sheet utilization compared to that of other software. Vector performs at its best for both thick and thin sheets. A 3kW Vector could cut a 20mm MS with the finish as per the international standards.
Incorporating the newest technology in controlling system, Vector performs the symphony between technology and performance.
