PUR processing tool-holder

FRIMO has on offer Type 6 PLUS tool carrier machines which have technical developments based on the Type 6 standard. This machine is suited for the production of instrument panels, door panels, window frames and center consoles. The machine can also offer an extended range of pivoting movements operated seamlessly via rack and pinion stern segments. It enables safe and parallel execution of individual operations with its upper carrier which provides pivoted 180 degrees on both sides of the tool carrier. It also has manual or robotic process steps and a skin can be positioned safely.The foam pour position is infinitely variable up to 35° in both directions. All movements are precisely controlled by individually adjusted sensors .
