Cam lift

The ML Elevator from Italplant allows the designers and production engineers to solve transfer problems with a stiff and rugged drive system. The movement is given to the carriage by a cylindrical cam through a roller follower with high capacity and precision. The carriage slides with preloaded ball runner blocks which are mounted on a stiff and rugged column with a cam inside. The front side of the carriage has some holes to interface with the customer equipment. Each elevator can be provided with a special micro switches control box to command the cycle. The unit has electric synchronizer to control one or more elevators at the same time. Some of its features include reduction box with micro control, indicator system for stop positions, and frequency converter.
