Cam lift / automatic

The cam elevator ETC unit is ideal for production applications requiring swift and precise repetitive motions. The unit is made of steel or extruded aluminum, and has hardened slides with recirculating balls pads. It is equipped with lubricated bearings, and protection bellows. The unit features an asynchronous self-braking 3 speed gear motor, and is operated by cam based limit switches that influence the steady speed rotary motion into a defined motion that also has deceleration and acceleration inclines. Safety features include a cam profile locking mechanism which is pre-determined by the station postion. This feature offers protection to products and operators in the even of loss of power. The unit is available in a variety of dimensions: 80-100-120, and offers a maximum stroke of 1500mm.
