Del-Tron presents Posi-Drive? lead screw actuators. They are cost effective and compact and take the work out of engineering linear motion systems. The lead screw actuators come in 3 size profiles. They eliminate the need of alignment of parts, and can be fitted with regular fasteners. Posi-Drive? actuators feature anti-backlash lead screws. They have multi-beam couplings, which have superior misalignment capability and motor mounts as per NEMA standards.

These stages come in single, dual or triple axis configurations, and can travel up to 12?. Load capacity is increased up to 180 lbs. by the crossed roller slide option. And at 1/2 rated load, this option allows 100 million inches of travel. For customers' convenience, Del-Tron website has the solid model drawings of the full range of linear actuators. Also, Del-Tron can meet any specific needs or changes as demanded by customers. Generally, these devices are known in industry as linear actuators or motion slides. Some of the other industry terms are lead screw stages, lead screw-driven stages, and linear positioning stages.
