Permanent magnet magnetic plate lifter

This instrument has been designed for quick parallel plane alignment locating and also for clamping of gussets, panels and base plates. This Gusset Plate Magnet is low profile and can hold stock securely at 3 points located on the surface area of Gussets, Base Plates, and Panels. It can be used for locating and clamping. The instrument ensures that there is enough space left for tack welding.

It uses four rare earth disc magnets to hold gusset plate magnet against the frame. These are set in the magnet face. This machine can also hold the magnet against the substructure with direct and even clamping pressure. It provides accurate and fast setup. The machine comes with three adjustable magnetic Hex Bolts measuring 1-1/2?. These bolts come from the magnet face. The bolts may be pre-set to the correct depth to securely position the gusset.
