The EasyClean EC100 is the most advanced, automatic, non-disposable liquid filtration system. The EC100 utilizes the patented ZG variable coil (?V-Coil?) filter element. The EC100?s modular ?pod? design provides great design flexibility and is ideal for low flow applications (1 ? 50 gpm). The system flowrate and level of filtration (micron rating) determines the required number of pods. The EC100 is utilized to filter machining coolant, wash solutions, cooling / process water, waste water, and many other process fluids. The EC100 can be manufactured to ASME Section VIII standards in order to meet the stringent design and manufacturing requirements for equipment utilized in the oil & gas industry.

EC100 materials of construction can be matched to ensure compatibility with the wide array of fluid compositions; and the EC100 is can designed for continuous service up to 190oF and 200 psi.
The EC100 is available with code or non-code pressure vessels and piping. The EC100 can be manufactured to ASME Section VIII standards and meets all the stringent design and manufacturing requirements for equipment utilized in the oil & gas industry. ZGF can provide the pods and manifolds in many materials to meet your requirements.

The pods and piping are available in:

? Stainless Steel ? 304 or 316
? Super Duplex
