The process of steel production means demanding tribological challenges, such as high temperatures, corrosive cooling media, abrasive dusts and extreme loads. It has been proved in practice that our high-performance lubricants extend the lifetime of heavy machine elements. This is achieved by new products which reduce the influence of aggressive process conditions, protect the surfaces against tribo-corrosion, form preserving layers on the parts and maintain their lubricating effect even at high process temperatures.
