MoS2 ASSEMBLY COMPOUND AEROSOL

DELTA SPRAY is a compound in the form of an aerosol for lubricating and assembling all mechanical parts operating at low or high temperatures. DELTA SPRAY can also be used to treat the phenomenon of fretting, if used preventively. Its aerosol format means that the surfaces to be treated can be coated evently and no rubbing is required for the molybdenum disulphide to penetrate the metal. DELTA SPRAY contains dopes of film resistance to pressure and adhesion. Commissioning is possible immediately after application.

For assembling: assemblies, cone-shaped sleeve fits, cottering, threading, fluted shafts, shafts, bearings, sockets and all delicate mechanical assemblies. In lubrication: pivots, slides, guide columns, cable glands, worm screws and transmission screws. Gears, lubrication of pistons, jack rods, drive chains, etc.

Operating temperature range: - 35° C to + 420° C
