The Millimeter GPS series of machine control systems from TOPCON, employs a concept that connects laser and GPS advantages. It works up to 2.4 kilometers of horizontal distances, and up to 40 meters of vertical distances. Also, it is usable with GPS systems from TOPCON, and is capable of controlling several machines and rovers at a time. It is ideally used for applications concerning motor graders, dozers, dirt trimmers, milling machines, and asphalt pavers. Moreover, it is 3 times as effective as a conventional GPS, and is more cost-efficient.
