Vibrating feeder / motorized / for presses

Mogensen FQ type Vibrating Distributor ensures a uniform distribution of the material to be screened across the whole width of the screening system and thus an optimized screening quality.

Two motor vibrators, which are installed on the outside, set the trough case in linear motion. Thanks to the special geometry of the trough floor, the material flow is distributed across the whole length of the trough.

The transport speed and conveying output can be varied by means of the adjustable unbalance weights.

The distributor is relatively small compared to lateral distributors because the material flow is divided in two parts. The compact design results in a lower weight. As a result, less energy input is required. The GZ material distributor is suitable for use with grainy or crystalline bulk materials with good flow properties.
