KELVIN 100 MO 230V is a compactly structured light fitting, geared to deliver efficient results in process lighting applications. The tubular light fittings are completely invulnerable to dust and pollutants.

The housing comprises a coextruded diffuser, sized 100 mm and structured from a polycarbonate and PMMA combine. The polycarbonate imparts excellent endurance to mechanical wear and tear, while the methacrylate, a.k.a. PMMA, grants superior resilience to hydrocarbon compounds and oils. The diffuser is finished in satin and is compliant with EN 1837 guidelines, enabling use in relevant applications.

The gaskets are efficiently molded, while the cable entry encompasses a brass cable gland, nickel coated for durability, and suitable for use with cables of thickness 5 to 12 mm. The end caps are structured from 304L stainless steel or optionally 316L SS, and comprise press-formed 1/2 rings. The gear tray is crafted from sheet steel and incorporates the end caps which are equipped with the cable entries.

The fluorescent illumination is facilitated with the aid of electronic components, which are equipped with hot cathode (EEI A2) and high operating frequencies of more than 40 kHz. The inner wiring is insulated with silicon glass fiber. The reflector component is provided by the gear tray, which is powder coated in white. Aluminum sheeting, equipped with mirror finish, is available as an optional reflector.

The light fitting is connected to a terminal block, sized 3x4 mm², while it is installed with the aid of two stainless steel straps, efficiently bolted and screwed.
