5-axis machine tool vise / modular

5th Axis Fixtures are manufactured from hardened alloy steel to exacting standards. Our innovative fixtures have superior clamping force and are more efficient than any traditional vise or workholding system on the market. With machining access to 5 surfaces of the work piece, parts can be completed in the least number of operations, speeding shop through-put and reducing costs.

The P4344 is a 4 sided pyramid that utilizes 4, 8 or 12 of our D051251WM dovetail fixtures. This setup is ideal for small production parts (stock sizes 1/2" and under). The modular nested design of the pyramid allows for the utmost flexibility in one compact unit. Each side holds 3 D051251WM fixtures, the fixtures can be added or removed depending on your part size.
