SCHUNK VERO-S NSL turn clamping station is a combination of SCHUNK's extensive experience in workholding technology and stationary clamping technology. It is ideal for all kinds of milling-turning centers.

Setup times are minimized by the system for mill/turn centers. In addition the modules have very high pull-in forces, which ensures robust and safe clamping. With a turbo function, the current clamping state information is provided on the visual monitor. Adequate space for holes is left in the base plate due to the intelligent hose connections among the modules. This makes the clamping station suitable for all standard machine types.

VERO-S NSL is easy to use and highly accurate. It delivers turbo productivity in milling-turning centers due to its easy joining features and high repeat accuracy. In addition, the machine has various other features. This include a highest pull-in speed of 75 kN and a maximum holding force of 105 kN for triple clamping station.
