Synthetic emulsifiable cutting fluid, also suitable for aluminium

Eurol® Syncool EPM 3000 is a cutting fluid, which can be used on bow saw-, circular saw-, and belt saw machines for processing of low- and high alloy steel, aluminium, plastics, etc, with exception of magnesium. It can also perfectly be used for light machining operations.

Eurol® Syncool EPM 3000 prevents the formation of cutting edges and has a very high resistance against bacterial growth, enabling a long sump life.

Eurol® Syncool EPM 3000 is suitable for light and heavy machining operations on both Ferro and non-Ferro metals.

Eurol® Syncool EPM 3000 is semi-synthetic and is diethanolamine-, and nitrite-free. Due to the relative low pH value it is extremely friendly to the skin. Moreover, it improves tool life.

Eurol® Syncool EPM 3000 will replace the Eurol® Syncool EPX and will give the user improved lubricating properties.

Eurol® Syncool EPM 3000 can be mixed with water in the same proportions as the Eurol® Syncool EPX, so switching to the new product will not any problems. The final appearance/colour of the emulsion will be different, the Eurol® Syncool EPM 3000 emulsion is milky.
