Testing machine / compression resistance / compression

This compression machine is designed for testing of the corrugated cardboard,
flat cardboard and paper to be corrugated for resistance to compression, and corrugated
cardboard for lamination following such methods as RCT, FCT, CMT, ECT, PAT, CCT:
RCT test method determining the crush strength while compressing the
ring of flat cardboard and paper to be corrugated. In accordance with DSTU 3643-97
(GOST 10711-9 7)
FCT method of flat compression testing of the corrugated cardboard. In
accordance with GOST 20681.
CMT test method determining flat compression resistance of the corrugated
sample. In accordance with GOST 20682.
ECT test method determining edgewise compression resistance of the flat
container and corrugated board. In accordance with GOST 20683-97 (ISO 3037-94).
PAT test method determining resistance of the corrugated cardboard
to delamination.

CCT test method determining resistance of the corrugated sample to edgewise
compression. In accordance with GOST 28686-90.
The samples shall be prepared and supported using STI device.
Testing results shall be saved in the device memory where the average value is

Testing results shall be saved in the device memory where the average value is
calculated using readings of the tests (up to 10) and displayed on the screen. Testing results can also be
forwarded and graphically displayed on PC saving all values in database.
Compression machine design provides convenient and fast access for samples positioning.
