Metal detector

The Metalim TOR-AL is a metal detector with a Comp-Al electronic board to control the entire system and a TOR-AL transducer with a circular passage.
The detector is typically installed on the supplied supporting structure and the product checked is passed through the pipe or in a free fall setup. Our design also includes customer-specific structures.

This metal detector usually comes with numerous accessories such as modular alarm light, high and low intensity audible units, flap valve, remote monitoring software. Both pipe dimensions and sections can be adjusted for highest possible performance in any setup.
It can be delivered in monoblock (both Comp-Al and TOR-AL on the same structure) or in separated groups setup, where the transducer is separate from the remote controlling Comp-Al boar. The METALIM metal detector can be adapted for any solution.
All versions provide the IP 55 class protection or higher level on request. Their solid and compact structure is fully compliant with the hygiene standards for the food industry. The food plastic pipes are connected to the exiting pipes by stainless steel joints. Metal contamination triggers an alarm or leads to automatic rejection of the goods. The detector can be connected to various other machines such as packing machines or check-weighters.
