WEMAS BA and BZ series introduces the latest vertical drilling and milling centers that are a complete line of dynamic and productive machining centers. The machines are extensively used for the production of various series of workpieces with optimal speed and production and as single production of elements based on preferably high machine dynamics (e.g. milling of 3 D contours or electrodes). To meet these requirements, the machines are specially optimized with the stated functions. The machine features reduced non-productive machine times (e.g. tool change times), enhanced machine dynamics and the rapid feed as well as increase of the main spindle dynamic based on possible acceleration values of the spindle and the reduction of its moments of inertia.
