The miniature corrosion-free aluminum CNC milling and engraving machine from PENGSHENG features all updated technologies. It works directly with 2-phase 50/60 Hz 220 VAC mains supply. Equipped with a 300×300×60 mm 3D workspace, the best-in-class indigenous water-cooled spindle capable, ball-screw axes actuator, advanced controller, and a dust-proof enclosure, PC-3030 lends stable, high-precision, and durable operation. The setup is of gantry design; however, instead of the beam, the work-table is moved. The motion is controlled using a ball-screw actuator from Taiwan that can offer speed as high as 9 m/min and resolutions as low as 0.01 mm. The advanced spindle affords of rotating speeds as high as 24000 rpm and power up to 1.5 kW. The advanced controller offers duration prediction and compatibility with all standard CAD/CAM codes from Type3, Artcam, Castmate, Wentai, etc.
