- modern mono-block frame made of Meehanite casting ensures excellent geometric accuracy and provides a large work area
- all machine frame assemblies, like base, column, saddle and table, feature heavy ribbing and excellent rigidity
- rigid table design with extra wide saddle supporting the table and allowing table loads up to 1800 kg
- in addition to wide 4X box-ways on Y, the machine base features support guides for the saddle, allowing maximum precision even under uneven table load distribution
- all guideways are ground, hardened, counter-laminated with Turcite-B, and protected by premium stainless steel covers
- Z axis drive operates with a fine-tuned counter-balance for high-precision response and minimal motor and guide wear
- preloaded ball screws with 63 mm diameter on all axes
- custom bearing block on its own linear guide system at the X axis spindle prevents vibration and torsional effects to ensure a constantly uniform feed
