Ergon NT CNC machining centre is successfully used in a variety of applications like machining panels in nesting to machining doors, stairs and solid wood parts thanks to their well-designed parallel heads. The concept of machining cells with robotic load/unload integration is an added advantage of this system. The design and the stiffness of the fixed gantry type structure entail maximum precision. Four machine heads can work simultaneously ensuring high production capacity. The loading zone is an entirely different area; while the work zone is on the opposite side. Flexibility of production is ensured because the machining heads with their independent X-axis helps in allowing two different programs to happen simultaneously.
