The new KMC-G series, a high rigidity fixed table gantry design, is capable of cutting very long and large components and has the stabilized machining accuracy.

Floor space saving up to 25%.

Stationary table has the maximum load of 10000 kgf/m2 (2044 lb/ft2).

The X, Y-axes utilize a superior step design whereby the lower slideway is offset forward from the upper slideway. This greatly enhances the static rigidity.

Unique design of 2-speed gear spindle head features that the spindle and motor are symmetrically put on the center line.

KMC-G series have Preloaded Rack and Pinion Drives on X and Y-axis; 30 m/min rapid feedrate can be achieved under heavy load carrying.

Roller packs for the movement of carriages are used on 3-axis insert-boxways.

2-position AAC(Automatic Attachment Changer) is designed for improving productivity.

Automatic 30-degree angle head, extension head, index universal head and 5-axis head are optional accessories for wide application of multi-face and 5-axis machining.
