This series adopts fixed cross-beam type gantry frame structure with
fixed lathe body. The work-table moves along X axis at lathe body,
the headstock moves along Z axis on the saddle, and the saddle and
headstock move along Y axis on the cross beam. Headstock
components adopt double hydraulic cylinder balance mechanism to
ensure the stability of headstock movement. Transmission case is a
two-gear automatic transmission mechanism which can realize
lowspeed , high torque and high-speed constant power and meet
the requirements for both rough machining and finish machining. It is
suitable for machining molds, disks, cases and cams etc with
complicated machining structure in various industries.
