The Spark machining centers ? with the 1300X , 1600X and 2100X ranges ? are available with numerous machine compositions to fulfil the innumerable needs of the most diverse sectors of application: we range over machining light alloy (with suitable speed and accelerations) to harder material (with appropriate power and torque) with 4 or 5 axis solutions.

The most outstanding features of these machining centers are:

- high stock removal and machining accuracy due to the excellent structural rigidity;
- reduced idle times due to the best possible rapid and acceleration speed;
- a large variety of spindle heads, tool magazines and pallet handling systems;
- thermo-symmetric structures;
- minimum use of mobile masses which allow for improved allowances and surface finishing operations, thanks to the better dynamics;
- reduced vibration damping and generated heat;
- geometric performances not influenced by environmental changes;
- use of roller guide-ways for the linear axes;
- minor impact on environment due to absence of specific foundations and reduced occupied floor space.

The Spark models machine the following components in an excellent way:
- in aluminium thanks to the high spindle speed and axis feed;
- in steel and cast iron thanks to the high power and spindle torque.

Acceleration and speed, minimum tool changing and pallet changing times guarantee high productivity.
