As a part of the Breton Xceeder range, Xceeder Micron a machining centre is used for high speed and precision milling operations for small to medium size complex work pieces. It was designed and developed to meet a variety of industrial applications' demanding production requirements of high precision and superior quality finish. With its gantry structure, Metalquartz technology, and rotary tilting table with direct drive as its significant features it facilitates easy operation, time efficiency, and eliminates hand finishing. Maximum precision in high speed in various production conditions is guaranteed by its thermal symmetry of the machine structure, heat monitoring component and thermal stabilizing systems. A specific software compensates its electrospindle thermal expansion or drifts when the machining process varies thus ensuring maximum machining precision and is applicable in aerospace, precision engineering, and die manufacturing industries.
