Gravimetric batch blender / multi-component / high-precision

MultiSave is a centralized blender that simplifies and improves raw material processing. MultiSave is comprised of up to 14 different weighing units which weigh in parallel all raw materials. Via an array of individual chutes and a common funnel, MultiSave makes use of an advanced set of algorithms to weigh, blend and distribute 24 distinct formulas via a single automatic manifold. The individual formulas are then sent via tubing to the corresponding processing machine.

With this unique setup, a single MultiSave system requires only 52 m of floor space, yet is capable of supplying up to 24 processing machines.
