Plastic pellet batch blender / gravimetric

The PLAST-CONTROL batch blenders can be used off-line as a general purpose blender or online with extrusion control.

PRO-BATCH units are an enhanced development of the basic batch blending principles for mixing and blending plastic pellets. Double slide gates for each minor component provide high precision in each batch; double weighing chambers provide high output rates in a compact unit.

The NANO-BATCH blender is an economic alternative to the PRO-BATCH series. This blender uses one weighing chamber instead of two. Additionally, only one slide gate is used per component.

The combination of both dosing principles (batch & continuous) is unique on the market and enables us to supply a tailor made solution for each application.
