The end user is understood as the goods manufacturer who integrates, into its production process, work equipment whose use provides the end product as a reason for its activity.

According to Directive 89/655/EEC, laying down minimum safety and health requirements to be used by the employees of the work equipment, the employer shall take the necessary measures to ensure that the equipment made available to employees is suitable for the work to be undertaken and properly adapted to it, so as to ensure the safety and health of workers when operating this equipment.

Raswin will help validate and verify that the equipment made available to workers meets the essential safety and health requirements established by Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
