Multi-gas analyzer / for process gas / benchtop

Manufactured by InProcess Instruments, the GIA 522 is a gas inclusion analyzer with a fully automated analysis process. To control the quality of glass, ceramics and semi-conductor components, a rapid and dynamic measurement system is designed into the instrument. Designed for wide-ranging inclusion volumes, the analyzer can also determine the concentration, partial and total pressure of the target being measured. Small volumes and reactive components are also detected through the instrument's gold-plated analysis chamber.

A manual breaking device is built into the model for various sample holders, as well as an automatic breaking device with sample magazine for blisters (8) or capillary tubes (30). An accompanying InProcess software enables a fully automated analysis and data evaluation, as it controls the entire measurement procedure, device calibration and data acquisition, and reporting.
