Linear nanopositioning table / motorized

The direct drive moving magnet type 2-axes IKO nano linear NT...XZ is a positioning table. Its steel moving table has magnets and an optical linear scale that have been incorporated. Its steel bed has stator coils and a linear scale head. IKOLinear Way L's motion rolling guide, linear scale of high resolution and a neodymium magnet will produce precise positioning accuracy, high speed and quick response in a sectional dimension that is compact. A wireless moving table with a linear scale sensor will be organized on the bed and can eliminate mechanical contact, except for motion rolling guides. The table generates little dust and ensures cleanliness. IKONano is suitable for a compact positioning mechanism for semiconductor and liquid crystal related equipment, and assembling systems.
