Flat grinding machine / notching / CNC / double-column

The Double Column Grinder is ingeniously designed to deliver exceptional grinding performances in an array of machining applications. The X-axis features a large "V" slide way. The machine is equipped with an intelligent amalgam of slideways- two flat slideways and one big V slideway in an efficacious --V-- design. This facilitates excellent precision in straight grinding operations. The large V slideway design also aids in the reduction of thermal-based deformation.

The working table displays extremely smooth movements. The grinder encompasses a user-friendly CNC system with graphic display and easy configuration, which delivers enhanced performances in form and surface grinding applications. The working table is provided elevation by means of a stabilizing counter weight. Both concave grinding, to the range of 0.06mm, and convex grinding operations can be accomplished with superior results.

The machine incorporates high class NN type of cylindrical roller bearing system in double rows which delivers top notch grinding results. It is equipped with a work table and separated double column in a box type design. The modular design facilitates customizing to individual applications. The base of the machine is Pro-E, which eliminates S-shaped warping.

The base alignment, work table stability and machine exactitude are unaffected by vibrations generated by grinding head operations. This serves to deliver superlative precision and high caliber surface finish. The box-type double column structure grants extraordinary rigidity to the machine.
