The electro-hydraulic notching unit type EHA can notch the lateral profile of 25 mm double standing seam plates to prepare them for installation. Profiles prepared with machine type EHA are used as the lower and upper seam ends of roofs, dormers, facades and parapets for various applications, such as eaves and roof inflection points, channels, single pitch roofs, façade bases, faceplates, verge flashing and window lintels.

The EHA can be used to machine both parallel and oblique or conical plates. The steps to notch, to shape and to fold back are completed within a minute. The EHA is equipped with segmented rails in the upper beam, the bending beam and supporting table. This permits processing of plates with a width ranging from 300mm to 800mm, as well as fold-backs on rhombic plates, shingles for mirrored coverings and coffered roof slabs. The notching and fold-back width and angle are completely adjustable. With the short plate clamping unit, extremely short plates may be processed. You may work from the right to the left and vice versa, from the left to the right.
