Disc oil separator

Euroimpianti supplies oil skimmers to install on our surface treatment lines, for a simple and automatic removal of oily substances which form on the surface of degreasing tanks following up the action of cleaning products used in pre-treatment cycles.

Disc oil skimmers are applied inside inspection covers of degreasing tanks. Through a crack the rotating disc is immersed in the tank liquid able to attract to itself the foreign oil in this surface and to deliver it inside a bowl placed at tank outside, for a simple disposal.

Disc oil skimmers considerably reduce the need of maintenance by the operator, preserving the bath quality and decreasing the frequency and associated regeneration costs of the same one. These oil skimmers are very less expensive solutions than other traditional purification techniques such as centrifuges, sedimentations or other systems.

Oil skimmers are equipped with regulation timer for the programming of its automatic activation at different times of the day, recommended the stop of recirculation pumps, when all of the foreign oil has the possibility of emerging from the surface.
