Hydraulic separator / for gas / condensate / for wastewater treatment

The condensate accumulator is utilized to safely and effectively collect and remove condensed water from pipeline systems. This condensed water occurs because biogas or sewage gas is a gas saturated with water vapor. In fermentation gas plants and their pipeline systems, condensed water tends to build up due to the temperature effects. Blockages at low points as well as deposits and corrosion in pipe sections can occur due to the condensate.

Designed by EnvironTec, the condensate accumulators for low-point water drainage is flanged to low-lying pipeline points. Accumulating at the low-lying points in the system, the water condensed inside the pipelines runs off into the accumulator, facilitating the automatic removal of water via a siphon or an automatic separator when the preset fill level has been realized.

An optional sight glass or fill level indicator can be supplied. The system can be supplied in two sizes and specifications, which include basic, semi or fully automatic separation.
