AS/RS storage system

For moving concreted pallets to a shelf system, or removing pallets with finished concrete parts from the shelf system the automatic storage and retrieval machine is the ideal piece of machinery. It can also supply intermediate platforms or smoothing stations. Different plants have different arrangements for these storage and retrieval machines. They can be installed ceiling-based, floor based or stationary. If floor based the machines are installed with or without a pit in the raft foundation. Loads that can be lifted range from 10 to 50 tons and the lifting and travelling speeds can be adjusted to match the cycle time. The shelf system’s operation is blocked off for safety reasons and automatic storage is achieved automatically.
