Thanks to its patented buffering system BAT, M.H. can give complete flexibility to your packaging lines. With the insertion of a BAT Buffer upstream your packaging machines you will be able to continue the production without stops. Once the machine downtime is over the BAT buffer will be able to feed back the products with any further delays.

The unique patent of the BAT system allows the buffer to work in both directions with adjustable speeds, thus allowing absolute flexibility, in the same time pressure between the stocked products is reduced to zero, saving their integrity.

LIFO (Last in, First out) logic
Possibility to stock only when it?s necessary, continuously or not
Possibility to feed back products in line anytime, continuously or not, without being forced to fill the buffer and without further stops in production
Reduction to zero of pressure between products, preventing any damage
Modular design with aluminum structure
Only one electric motor is required, even for long buffering tracks
Different working speeds
Available with chain width: 83 and 114 mm
Available with stainless steel structure
