Digital order-picking system

In a commission warehouse the different customer orders get arranged and transported to the dispatch department. Such a warehouse should be laid-out in a way that productivity can be achieved with inexpensive means of production. The commissioning involves the "collection" of single articles and their arrangement to a full order.

In general there is a difference between a static and a dynamic commission. With the static commission the commissioner takes the goods out of the racks (Man to goods), while with the dynamic commission the principle "Goods to man" is applied.

The LSV-system supports three different types for the record of commission orders. First, it is possible to import data from exterior systems (for example from a goods administration system or PPS-system). For the import of the data there are existing standard-interfaces.

Furthermore, with the LSV-system you are able to record internal commission orders, as ordinary article-connected out-of-store orders. At least, with the LSV it is possible to register orders (available as additional module).
