Plate automatic storage system / for trays

For the MSK palletizing system are magazines for the storage of a palletizing cell with plastic sheets, trays or other liners available. They consist of a welded steel frame for the task of the material on wooden pallets.
Benefits of the MSK Tray magazine

- Capacity of approximately 1m material stack height on a Euro pallet
- Simple, single storey material object with hand pallet truck or forklift
- Avoid duplication of inspections by four-sided, mechanical scraper brushes
- Automatic no-signaling sensors.

Depending on the palletizing concept are the material magazines parts of an overall safety circuit. Optionally, it can also be provided separately with a separate safety circuit.

For applications with automatic connection of the palletizer to a material logistics packaging materials can also be delivered automatically via conveyor elements to the palletizer. Here, the PLC of the palletizer (MSK Emsy) communicates as material management software with the transport system.

- Automatic supply of the palletizer with packaging material by means of the shuttle car g or AGV
- Dynamic magazine for up to 15 trays or an automatic tray maker (MSK Traytech) will be supplied
- Optional with appropriate pallet specification: the carrier range of the packaging material can be automatically used in the palletizing process for glass layers or may will automatically discharged
