High Speed Tray & Basket Unstacker

In-line units positioned at the discharge of the Basket Loader
Centralised units where Full Baskets are transferred by conveyor to a Central Location.

These systems incorporate a camara recognition system for product identification to ensure that the correct basket are stacked at each stacker.

Our high speed units, operating at 30 baskets per min. this type of unit enable one machine to be used on 3 lines. This is an advantage on production lines where the same product is being bagged from multiple lines.
