Digital oscilloscope / bench-top / 2-channel / USB

The SDO3000 oscilloscopes are digital 2-channel digital storage oscilloscopes for a wide range of measurement applications. The bandwidth is ranging from 25MHz/40MHz/60MHz/100Mhz up to 200MHz with a sampling rate of 400MS/s or 1GS/s equivalent 50GS/s. The measurement data is displayed on a brilliant 5.7" TFT-Color-Display. The oscilloscopes also have the ability to save waveforms and every user-setting. The communication with other devices like a PC is done through a RS232 or USB Interface. The USB-Interface is also used for the print function of measurement data, screenshots and CSV-Files. The SDO3000 can be delivered with a integrated precise function generator as well. These function generators are suited for the respective bandwidth of the oscilloscopes to minimize unnecessary costs.
