Hydraulic clamp / swing

AMF presents 6951KZ push pull cylinder. It has a hardened and blued steel housing. The case-hardened piston rod has an internal thread. Also, the rod has chrome plating and features a wiper. 6951KZ does not include a clamp arm.

The swing clamp is used especially in fixtures, which demand free accessibility and placement from above the workpieces. It is also possible to clamp workpieces with dedicated shapes through special clamp arms, which are available upon request.

Customers should note the piston is guided. This means, it is important to observe maximum allowed oil flow rate, Q max., and clamp arm length and weight. While accessories are fixed on the piston, there may be no force applied. When positioning into operation, care should be taken to ensure complete bleeding of air from the system. Also available is a replacement O-ring through Order No. 321166.
