Tube end facer

Protem's SL series of tube squaring machines are engineered for quare tubes, fittings and tees on most metal pipes and tubes containing stainless steel. These devices are designed with clearances, capacities and composition to supply the end-users industries. They have maximum wall thickness rates of 8 mm. They may be used for squaring elbows, fittings, and micro fittings in connection with the short clamping head.

The SL series saves time, due to the rapid changing of collets and short heads. Models of the series can also be applied in clean room applications and as portable tools or bench-mounted apparatuses. They feature electric drives with high capacity of 1,050 W; pneumatic drives are available upon request. They are equipped with keys, screws, tool holder plate and tool insert holder at 90.
