Gasketed-plate heat exchanger / liquid/liquid

Hydac offers gaskated plate heat exchanger packs of individual, embossed heat transfer plates made from stainless steel and titanium. The plate pack is installed in a frame with a fixed plate, pressure plate, tightening bolts and supports. Used in a variety of applications like hydraulics, lubrication, test rigs and engines, users are ensured maximum range and versatility. It has an operating temperature of 140°C max and pressure stages of 10bar, 16bar and 25bar. It also provides long machine life with its module-based concept, which can easily be expanded or adapted, by adding or replacing plates when conditions change.
