Planetary gear reducer / coaxial / heavy-duty / transmission

ENGRENAGES HPC is a planetary gear reducer with a range of reduction ratios starting from 1:1 to 625:1. It is made of anodised aluminium. The gears themselves are made of 303 stainless steel, which are steel or case hardened depending on the model type. The maximum input speed varies from 3000 to 4000 rpm, according to model type. The maximum output torque is from 0.13Nm to 85Nm, which depends on ratio and speed. Lubrication of gear is done with Shell Nevita HV grease. A major feature of the reducer is its heavy duty gearbox. Eliminates the threat of dust and dirt, thanks to its special smooth surface with no molding marks. The gearboxes can be bought separately. It is also possible to order for customized versions, with variations in shaft length, different ratios, alternative diameters and changes to the housing. Any number can be ordered, no minimum quantity.
